September 2010 - December 2011 website image submission deadline dates

SVCC website member gallery change out volunteers have until 10 days following the submission deadline date to complete the change out.

2011 Change Out Dates

1. February 28th
2. April 30th
3. June 30th
4. August 30th
5. October 31st
6. December 31st

Website image change out policies

1. Please send ONLY images to: svccimages@gmail.com
   
2. Images will be changed out every other month.
   
3. All images from the previous two month display cycle will be archived and accessible for two years from the date they were uploaded to the member gallery.
   
4. The image submission deadline will be the last calendar day of the change out month.
   
5. Up to 5 images may be submitted at ANY time.
   
6. Images received before a deadline will be published shortly before and/or after the deadline date.
   
7. Images received AFTER a deadline date will be published during the NEXT change out month.
