I’m pretty much a “point and shoot” photographer, whose happiest moments are spent wondering off by myself with my Canon SX40HS. I take lots of nature pictures – mostly birds, wildflowers, moose, deer, and pronghorns – as well as family and landscape shots. Recently, I’ve begun a new project in which I take pictures of and through windows of deserted buildings and houses. I live part-time in two very photographic states – Wyoming and Washington – and have also been fortunate enough to have taken pictures in Bolivia, Indonesia, and South Africa. My camera is my fondest possession. It goes wherever I go. In the event of a calamity, I would rescue it, my computer, and, of course, my husband!
